Working out what to hire
- Guest count first. Count invited guests, then add for the people who always come anyway.
- Seating style. Rows fit more people than round tables in the same area.
- Shade for everyone. Plan cover for all seats, not just the main section - rain and midday sun both arrive uninvited.
- Extra zones. Cooking, serving, gifts, ushers and a small VIP area each need their own space.
- The ground. Sloping or soft ground changes anchoring, so tell us the venue.

- We check the calendar. Items already reserved for those dates are shown as unavailable, so you never double-book.
- We confirm your reservation and send it in writing, with a delivery and setup time.
- Our team delivers, pitches and sets up, then collects after the event.
You do not need an account to request a booking. You will get a reference you can use to follow progress on our tracking page.
Book early for the busy season
December, April and August fill first, along with most Saturdays. Reserving early costs nothing extra and protects your date.
