Fabrication, machining and event equipment hire

Services

Nine engineering capabilities, one accountable workshop

Cutting, forming, machining, welding and consultation run in-house, so a job never waits on an outside supplier's queue.

What we do

Full service list

Every service below includes material sourcing, inspection before dispatch and delivery options.

Metal Fabrication

Structural and sheet fabrication from drawing to installation - frames, tanks, guards, stairs and platforms.

  • Mild steel, stainless and aluminium
  • Jig-based assembly for repeat batches
  • On-site installation and modification

Sheet Metal Bending

Press-brake forming with accurate bend allowances for enclosures, brackets, ducting and cladding.

  • Up to 3 m bed length
  • Repeatable multi-bend profiles
  • Deburred, ready-to-finish parts

CNC Plasma Cutting

Nested profile cutting straight from your DXF or STEP files, with clean edges and minimal material waste.

  • Plate cutting up to 25 mm
  • Optimised nesting to cut cost
  • Same-day cutting on stock material

CNC Milling

3-axis milling of precision components, fixtures and mould inserts to tight tolerances.

  • Tolerances to ±0.05 mm
  • First-article inspection reports
  • Prototype and production runs

Turning & Lathe Services

Shafts, bushes, pulleys, threads and sleeves turned to specification or reverse-engineered from samples.

  • Long-bed turning capacity
  • Threading, boring, knurling
  • Hardened material machining

Press Services

Punching, blanking, forming and straightening for volume parts using our hydraulic and mechanical presses.

  • Tool and die support

  • Wear-part rebuild and hard-facing

Custom Fabrication

One-off builds where nothing off-the-shelf fits: trailers, tanks, machine guards, racking and special frames.

  • Design-for-manufacture input
  • Prototype then production
  • Finishing, painting and galvanising

Engineering Consultation

Practical advice on material choice, weldment design, tolerances and cost reduction before you commit to a build.

  • Drawing review and DFM feedback

How it works

From enquiry to delivery in four steps

No portal, no forms you cannot finish. Send what you have and we take it from there.

DXF, STEP, PDF, a photo or a sketch. For hire, just guest numbers and the venue.

  2. 02

    Get a costed, realistic answer

We confirm the job against machine capacity, propose alternatives and quote a price and lead time.

We make it and check it

Cut, formed, machined, welded and inspected in-house, with critical dimensions recorded.

  4. 04

    Delivered, installed, supported
