Three ways to specify the job
- Bring the sample. Fastest and safest - we measure the original and match critical fits.
- Send a drawing. DXF, DWG, STEP or a PDF with dimensions and tolerances.
- Describe the function. If the part is destroyed, tell us what it drives and we will work back to a design.
Tolerances, materials and finishing
We machine mild steel, stainless, brass, aluminium and engineering plastics. Tell us where the tight fit matters - a bearing seat, a shaft diameter, a mating face - and we hold the tolerance there rather than everywhere, which keeps the price sensible. Heat treatment, plating or painting can be arranged where a part needs it.
Machining and fabrication under one roof
Most repairs need more than one process: a plate profiled, a section bent, a shaft turned, the assembly welded. Because cutting, bending, turning, milling, press work and welding all happen in our workshop, you deal with one job card and one quote.
